"Pullit" ... no not the building...

the lever! You can fill in the blanks as to which lever that is. That is the sentiment expressed in the comments appearing below a recent Rawstory article regarding Larry Silverstein, of 911 fame, begging for taxpayer money because of what appears to be business failure.

My attention landed on (CLICK HERE) this article informing us peons that we have to "pony up" again and give this gentleman more money?

From the article:
"The rebuilding of the World Trade Center site, already hobbled by years of delays and infighting, is facing fresh problems as private developer Larry Silverstein asks the government for crucial financial assistance, according to people familiar with the matter."

What did he do with the approximately 7 BILLION BUCKS he made on 911? He cleverly claimed 911 was two attacks not one so doubled his insurance net after the pyroclastic cloud of concrete dust settled. What he was not clever about was coming up with an explanation, (an explanation not for public consumption, but consistent with science) for why a third building, WTC7, collapsed mysteriously that day - after NOT being hit by an airplane as were the twin towers. Two planes - three gigantic towers. What gives? Just say "Pullit" and watch the building collapse.

Visionary President goes Back to the Future

Please read this story about Obama financing futuristic car technology.

Then, if you haven't seen it already please watch this expose on GM electric cars of the past and what happened to them. Perhaps if enough of us know history we can prevent the recurrence of the bad parts.

The Lobbyist Wrangled Clamor

Oh, say! Can't you see? We've been usurped by the Israeli ?
'Cause winning their wars we've roundly failed, by fellow citizens of the world to be hailed,
Whose big lies and tall tales, make every Federal decision pre-failed?
O'er the airwaves we watched Fox News' fawning whilst truth botched,
Still the troops are over there, while Predator drones fire from the air,
We know now we've been conned, but try to tell that to Ray-the-on!
Oh, say! does that star-spangled banner yet wave,
O'er the land of the free or mindless consumers and slaves?

On the internet still seen, cracks of truth still do gleam,
What lobbyists fail is to see is that truth will prevail,
Masses dumbed down by NBC make for nations ruled by GE,
Aye their journalism sucks, half conceals, half makes-up?
Now it catches the ire of a public against conspired,
Like fellow Tribune, Times and Post their low quality'll make them ghosts:
'Tis the star-spangled banner! But to which Star does it wave?
For a land really free? ... or for one bought-and-paid?

And where is leadership who, so vauntingly swore,
No more American soldiers blood spilled over silly religious war?
Of a million Iraqis, we've killed for FAKE WMD?
Where are their rights - I guess till the next world we'll have to wait and see!
No refuge could save, Saddam or a made-for-TV-knave ,
But for bankers who stole, the rest of us go in the hole.
Believe me when I say that Star-Spangled Banner still waves!
O'er a land still free, awakening, and brave.

OK So What Do We Do Now?

Assuming the election hype is over and we can all talk now - I think it is high time for some positive ideas, things that make us feel good - like well...

Obama has a tightrope to walk - we have to understand that.

The tension of the tightrope - from where does it come? I don't know - but if I had to guess...

The office of President of the United States is reserved for those who can make deals. The business of America is Business - right? Which Prez said that?

The path of progress Obama is tasked with is complicated. It combines the blessings of the jungle, with the hazards - paths laden with fruit, with minefields - all routes must be traversed, examined, understood, and either diffused or ...

What is progress? Is it when the killing stops? What purpose does the killing serve? I demand an answer.

When will an American President show this humility shown by Pericles himself?" :

" It is a fact, at any rate, that once in the market-place, where he had urgent business to transact, he allowed himself to be abused and reviled for an entire day by some idle hooligan without uttering a word in reply. Towards evening he returned home unperturbed, while the man followed close behind, still heaping every kind of insult upon him. When Pericles was about to go indoors, as it was now dark, he ordered one of his servants to take a torch and escort the man all the way to his own house. "

Ron Paul on Economy and Fed + Bernanke non-disclosure Video

Ron Paul cannot be grouped in with the general term "Republican" - so if you can get past the labels this may be worth your time.

Part I

Bernanke won't disclose? Where is the oversight then? Bernie Sanders is a good guy. Bernanke says it's on the website.
